Refund/Exchange Policy: We offer a 30 Money Back Guarantee on every product we offer. Please e-mail or call customer service, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. Please see the warranty section for our exchange policy.
Order Cancellation Policy: Please submit any cancellation via email or call customer service.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, company name (if applicable), order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
WARRANTY: XTREME CHARGE™ XTREME CHARGE™ BATTERY MAINTENANCE CHARGER What Does This Warranty Cover? This warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials in this charger under normal use and service. How Long Does The Coverage Last? This warranty runs for five (5) year from the date of purchase. 90-days for Battery Tester. What Will Xtreme Charge Do? Xtreme Charge will, at its option, replace or repair any defective unit with a new or rebuilt unit at no charge. What Does This Warranty Not Cover? This warranty applies only to the battery charger. This warranty does not cover any other equipment, static damage, water damage, over-voltage damage, dropping unit, or damage resulting from extraneous causes including owner misuse. In addition, Xtreme Charge will not be responsible under this warranty if Xtreme Charge determines that (1) upon examination that the circuit board failure was (A) caused by misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, or abnormal condition of operating or handling (including the failure to install the product in accordance with Xtreme Charge's instructions and observe the warnings on the product and the instruction manual), or other conditions beyond the control of Xtreme Charge or (B) damaged in transit to Xtreme Charge, and (2) the owner is not the original purchaser that purchased the product through an authorized Xtreme Charge dealer or distributor. This warranty is void if owner attempts to disassemble the unit or to modify the cable assemblies. IN NO EVENT SHALL XTREME CHARGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOST SAVINGS OR LOST PROFITS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE. Some states, provinces or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Shipping Costs Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us. Xtreme Charge assumes the cost in shipping back to the customer in case of warranty exchange/repair while on a non-warranty transaction, customer will assume the return shipping cost (payable prior to shipment). All replacement/repaired products are shipped ground service unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
How To Get Service? Contact Xtreme Charge by contacting customer service for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Then send the product postage prepaid with proof of purchase (sales receipt) within the warranty period to Xtreme Charge. Battery chargers beyond the warranty period are subject to the repair charges in effect at that time. How Does State, Province or Country Law Apply? This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, province to province or country to country. THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
